Cortar os cogumelos e as cebolas fininhos. Numa tigela dissolver a maisena no molho de soja. Alourar o frango em fio de azeite. Reserve. No wok coloca os brócolos, as cebolas e os cogumelos, rebentos de bambu a dourar num fio de azeite. Junte o frango e as ervilhas. Colocar todos os ingredientes em uma vasilha e amassar com as mãos até dar o ponto&lt;br /&gt;2. Fica uma massa dura,q se desprende das mãos facilmente&lt;br /&gt;3. Pegue um pirex redondo médio e unte com azeite e coloque uma camada de rodelas de cebola, em cima uma camada de rodelas de tomate e por cima uma camada de de beringela ladeando para caber todas. Em cima cubra com o queijo. Fure um pouco o queijo com um palito. Misture num copo o vinagre e o orégãos derrama por cima de tudo. Levar ao forno até as beringelas amolecerem. Mozzarella de Búfala light ás rodelas&lt;br /&gt;. Ervas aromáticas a gosto, q.b&lt;br /&gt;. Queijo ralado light, q.b&lt;br /&gt;. Descascar as mangas e cortar as mesmas aos gomos grandinhos.&lt;br /&gt;2. Colocar as mesmas no centro de 3 folhas de papel de alumínio, já anteriormente preparadas e sobrepostas.&lt;br /&gt;3. Polvilhar tudo com o açucar e colocar também a colher de manteiga (eu não coloquei uma colher cheia, só coloquei mesmo uma noz pequena de manteiga Becel Light de Cozinha).&lt;br /&gt;4. Depois colocar os 2 paus de canela e fechar o papelote muito bem.&lt;br /&gt;5. Levar ao forno a 180º C, durante cerca de 25 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;6. Quando chegar o momento de retirar do forno, não esquecer de deixar arrefecer um pouco, antes de servir. No final decorar com hortelã.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Sugestão:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Faço o mesmo com maças, pêssegos, etc... ás vezes até mesmo para aproveitar a fruta e fica óptimo. Lavar as beringelas e cortar ao meio. Escavar, com cuidado, cada metade, retirando o seu interior, com a ajuda de uma colher de sopa.&lt;br /&gt;2. Colocar 1 colher de azeite na WOK (frigideira chinesa) e fazer o refogado da carne picada, com o alho em pó, gengibre, molho de soja, salsa picada. E no final juntar a polpa das beringelas retirada do seu interior, cortada aos cubos.&lt;br /&gt;3. Preencher o interior das beringelas com o preparado que foi refogado, polvilhar com o queijo ralado e manjericão fresco.&lt;br /&gt;4.
